wip wednesday: glitter!

I'm still plugging away on my sweater pattern, but I'm running low on bandwidth & patience these days so I decided to start something beautiful that I could do with my eyes closed. Enter my newest project: this gossamer, glittery infinity scarf. (It's a mohair/wool/sparkly blend). Essentially it's just a huge tube knit on size 13 circular on really thin yarn. I think it's going to turn out really pretty.

If that wasn't enough glitter for you, I also did my little sister's hair for halloween. It's an inverted french braid with some glitter hairspray.

I also love the expression 'I'm running out of bandwidth'... I feel that way sometimes, too!

  7. Pretty sparkly yarn! It is going to look gorgeous as a scarf. Love the glittery braid.

By the way, Quince & Co. is now accepting scarf/cowl designs until the beginning of December. Check it out if you have the time.
